At Home Work Outs!  
A few have inquired about home weight workouts that require little to no equipment. Check the link below. This list from Good Housekeeping should have something for everyone. They look really good. They are fairly short 15 to 30 minutes in length and hit all muscle groups. I promise you, if you don't lift now, adding one of these routines to your weekly plan will change your shape. Don't expect to see drastic results right away, it often takes a couple of months to note the change just by sight, but they are happening.

Noo! Not the wall sqauts! Those KILL me! Thanks for the link. :D I'll start adding a good bit of these moves in around jogging.

While it's not strength training or cardio there are several yoga workouts on Netflix! One that I started doing is one dvd that has about 5 or 6 sets of 10 minute yoga routines. One is a basic, one is cardio, one strength, etc. Good for folks that already have Netflix and don't want to buy a dvd before giving yoga a try.
